DERWOOD (November 12, 2023) — Donte’s Foundation is thrilled to announce that it is a 2024 recipient of the Here to Be grant awarded by the lululemon Centre for Social Impact.

Funding from this award will be delivered in FY24 and directed to general operating support and Student Scholarships that allow children experiencing financial hardship to attend Donte’s Boxing Academy at little to no cost.

The foundation is excited for the impact this award will have on its community and mission to make wellness accessible to all.

Donte’s Foundation and the lululemon Centre for Social Impact are aligned in their missions to disrupt inequity in wellness.

The Centre prioritizes awards to community-led organizations and leverages its expertise, resources, and communities to invest in and advocate for the wellbeing of those most impacted by systemic inequity around the world. Since 2021, the Centre has granted $21.8 million and partnered with hundreds of non-profit organizations, to support over 5 million people around the globe in connecting to their own sense of wellbeing.

Donte’s Foundation sincerely thanks the lululemon Centre for Social Impact, as well its community of students, parents, donors, board members, and valued partners that enable them to do this important work.
