Curriculum
Donte's Boxing Academy provides students with an enriching and dynamic class experience. For ages 10-18.
Boxing Conditioning
Students are placed in a structured environment to learn boxing and improve their athletic performance. Each class has specific learning objectives that students are expected to meet through hard work and focus. You do not need prior experience boxing to join the academy.
Personal Growth and Leadership
We challenge our students to improve themselves each day. Academy students will have access to tools––such as virtual leadership workshops and nutrition education events–––to nurture their personal growth, improve their well-being, and prepare them for adult life.
Literary Book Requirement
All students are required to select a literary book to read over the course of the program. Students will have to submit a presentation on their selection at the end of the quarter
Community Service
During the quarter, students will have the opportunity to work with Donte's Foundation on a community service project. By servicing groups, families, and individuals in need, students learn how to positively impact their community and improve the quality of life for others.
Graduation Day
Each session of the academy culminates with a graduation event to celebrate our students. This celebration encourages our students to feel proud of their hard work and completion of the quarter.
Graduation Day details are released toward the middle of the quarter.
Academy students are placed in a group for the duration of the program.
